PCB v0.4
my MOSFET driver circuit wasnt a driver circuit. It was something else,
but not a driver circuit, LOL :D
I am using now this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:MOSFET_Driver_Circuit.jpg
In simulation it works so far fine.
